Credit Line: Dedicated to Fix/Flip designed for investors who need funding for Single Family or 1-4 units. Credit Line range from $100,000 to $10 MM and allows investors to close quickly.

Non-Credit Line: Available to first time Fix & Flip investor; no experienced, funding $50,000 - $2.5 MM


Long-Term Hold Investor

80% Purchase, 75% Refinance including Cash-out

No limit to number of properties you can own or finance. No personal income verification property cash flow is the only requirement. No time requirement for how long you have held the property. Minimum property value $100,000. 30 year amortized fixed rates starting at 5.5%. 

Fix & Flip investors who have decided to hold property, there is no time requirement for how long you have held


Single Family Spec Construction

75% Land Value, 95% Vertical Construction Budget, not to exceed 75% LTV

Credit Line: Is available o single lot residential, Luxury homes, PUD developments up to 20 lots, and Apartments up to 20 units. Funding from $150,000 to $2.5 mm. To qualify land must be already improved with all utilities ran to the lot lines.

Non-Credit Line: Single loans available to first-time investors with an approved general contractor.


Portfolio Financing

Available to investors who want to refinance single-family, and 1-4 units under one loan offering 7 year & 30 year fixed rates. Both options are amortized for 30 years.
